How do I order?
There are a number of very simple ways you can place
your order.
- Purchase online with your credit card (protected
by our SSL encryption software).
- Phone us on 1300-132-906 and we'll process your
order for you over the phone.
- We can provide you with the details to make payment
via cheque, money order, cash deposit at any ANZ or
Suncorp Metway branch and also via internet banking.
Please call us and one of our team members will give
you the information you'll require for your preferred
payment method.
Can I have the voucher send direct to the recipient?
You certainly can. When making a purchase you will
be prompted to enter the recipients address in the
relevant fields. Remember to tick the box underneath
that says "Deliver direct to Recipient".
What does the gift pack look like?
Click here to have a look at what you'll receive. Our
gift packs are put together with a lot of thought for
details and are sure to make a great impression.
Can I include a personalised message on the
recipients Gift Voucher?
You sure can. When making a purchase online you will
be prompted to enter a personalised message if you wish,
it will then be printed on your voucher.
How long does it take to receive my voucher?
If you have requested an email voucher the designated
recipient will recieve it within 24hrs. Gift packs are
dispatched via Australian Express Post within 48hrs
of receipt of your order. Once dispatched delivery will
be the following business day for most post codes. We
can organise same day delivery for urgent orders in
specific Sydney metropolitan areas, this service will
attract additional charges, please call us on 1300-132-906
for the options available.
What if the recipient would prefer another experience?
No Problem. We'll happily transfer their experience
to an alternative of the same or lesser value.
Do I have to book the date now?
No you don't. You'll be purchasing an open dated voucher
which is valid for six months. The recipient can call
us anytime within that period to book a suitable date.
You can book the date now if you wish, please be aware
that charges do apply to booking changes (see Terms
and Conditions for details) so it's best to make
sure the recipient can make the date before you book
it. If you would like to book a specific date please
call us on 1300-132-906 for the current availability.
Will they have to pay any extra on the day?
All our experiences are fully inclusive and include
everything detailed in the itinerary.
